1. Heavy Bottle / Disc DrillHold a disc sideways with thumb pointing forward. Reach back so it points behind you, then pull into your chest before swinging forward. Focus on creating the power pocket and keeping your elbow away from your body.
2. One-Step DrillStart with weight forward and disc in front. As your plant foot lands, reach back at the same time. This locks in proper backswing timing so your reach back matches your step.
3. Swivel Stairs DrillWalk sideways (down stairs if available), rotating back as your rear foot crosses and forward as your plant foot lands. This teaches balance and staying centered over your feet for smoother rotation.
4. One-Leg DrillBalance on your plant leg with your off-foot toe lightly on the ground. Rotate back and then forward, feeling how the brace works over your front side. Builds compact, efficient rotation and control.
5. Windmill DrillStand sideways, disc overhead. Swing it back into a reach back as your front foot steps forward. This helps you feel how your plant step offsets your backswing for better timing.
Master these and your form will stop rounding, stay balanced, and finally let the Treason show its true flight. Tag a friend who blames their discs when itβs really their form.
