Japan is 6th stop on the PDGA Asia Tour list and this will be my first time back to Japan since competing in the 2010 Japan Open. I was lucky enough to play in both the 2008 and 2010 Japan Open Major events but that was an entirely different section of Japan so this feels brand new to me. Okinawa is bringing some high winds and chilly temps so let’s see what everyone can do with the conditions – especially as many of us just traveled here from the hot climate found in the Philippines the week prior.

As with most of the stops, I will cover the final 2 rounds of the 3 round events. So if you’re wondering where round 1 is, there isn’t coverage of it. That will be consistent for all 7 stops of this tour with the exception of the 3 rounds at Samui Swine. HOWEVER … this stop is a little extra special because a local Japanese disc golf crew covered a featured card for round 1 and you can find that here:
